Non conoscevamo i cibi di Chengdu. Tutto quello che sapevamo era che il cibo sarebbe stato molto piccante. Con nostra sorpresa, molti degli spuntini hanno fatto un calcio ma ha esaltato l'essenza dei sapori. La nostra guida, Lucy, ha ascoltato le nostre preoccupazioni e ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio nel provare spuntini locali. Erano tutti deliziosi! Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che si trattasse di ristoranti locali con la passione di servire ottimi pasti. Abbiamo anche apprezzato il giro in tuk tuk per raggiungere i quattro ristoranti che si sono rivelati un mezzo di trasporto più veloce. Ascoltare la storia della città locale ha reso questa un'ottima esperienza di apprendimento. Questa è una città gastronomica che non deluderà!
