Summer Story Adventure Arts Camp

Registration Instructions

• Applicable to: Primary 1 ~ Primary 6
• Course time is 08:30 ~ 16:30
• Full-day care system, providing daily nutritious lunch and fruit snacks
• [Essential items] Water bottle, towel, small jacket, 1~2 T-shirts, and tools needed for work, such as: color pencils, scissors... etc. In addition, please come with a happy heart to learn while playing, and have fun while learning!
• To facilitate parents to pick up and drop off, the earliest arrival time in the morning is 8:00, and the latest pick-up time in the afternoon is 17:30
• (If you will be picked up after 17:30, please inform the team assistant in advance. The extended care time is 18:00-18:30, and each student is charged 100 yuan per day; 18:30-19:00, each student is charged 200 yuan per day; if it is after 19:00, each student is charged 300 yuan per day.)
• The copyright of the photos and videos taken in this camp belongs to myself and the organizer. Both parties agree that they can use them under the legal principle (organizer's official website, social media, commercial advertising).
• This camp is insured with 2 million public accident liability insurance for activities. This insurance can only compensate for the losses caused by personal accidental injuries, and does not include other property losses, mental losses and physical and property losses of others.
• 10 people form a class, 30 people form a full class; if the number of people is insufficient to form a class, the organizer will notify you to reschedule or refund the full amount; if the class has been confirmed, the organizer will send a pre-departure notice (including relevant precautions such as class transportation) by email/text message 7 to 14 days before the camp starts.

Activity Cancellation Rules

If the minimum number of people is not reached and the contract can be terminated, the operator will notify the students in writing or electronically seven days before the scheduled event to terminate the contract and return all the fees paid by the students.

1. Refund mechanism for withdrawal from the camp due to force majeure:

1. If there are force majeure factors before the camp starts, such as natural disasters, earthquakes, epidemics, etc., whether the camp will be held as scheduled will be based on the suspension standards announced by Taipei City. Please see below (3) for the refund method.
2. If the camp is in progress and encounters force majeure factors, such as natural disasters, earthquakes, epidemics, etc., in order to ensure the safety of the students, the camp may decide to change the content of the activity or end it early. Please see below (3) for refund methods.
3. Refund method for camp suspension due to force majeure: The above two refund methods: If the camp is suspended due to force majeure, the camp will calculate all costs, deduct the expenses already spent and the unspent but necessary expenses, and refund the remaining fees in full.

2. Refund mechanism for personal reasons:

1. Before the camp starts, if you are unable to attend the camp due to personal reasons or special circumstances, but have completed registration and payment and wish to refund the fees, please call (02) 2655-2625 (service hours Monday to Friday 09:30-17:00)
2. Refund method for personal reasons: (1) If you inform us 30 days before the start of the camp that you will not attend the camp, the camp will refund 90% of the actual amount paid. (2) If you inform us 20 days before the start of the camp that you will not attend the camp, the camp will refund 60% of the actual amount paid. (3) If you inform us 10 days before the start of the camp that you will not attend the camp, the camp will refund 40% of the actual amount paid. (4) If you do not attend the camp on the day of the camp, it will be deemed as a waiver and no refund will be given.

3. About illness:

1. Before the camp starts (excluding the start date), if the student is unable to participate due to illness, the order can be cancelled after providing a diagnosis certificate, and the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting necessary expenses (this fee includes but is not limited to material fees, teacher fees, insurance fees, etc.).
2. After the camp starts (including the start date), if the student is unable to continue to participate due to illness, after providing a diagnosis certificate, the remaining fees for the days not participated will be refunded in proportion after deducting necessary expenses (this fee includes but is not limited to material fees, teacher fees, insurance fees, etc.).

4. During the camp, if the student deliberately fails to observe discipline, destroys public property, or obstructs the teacher and affects the normal activities of other members of the group during the camp activities, after persuasion and informing the parents, if there is no improvement, in order to protect the rights and interests of other students, the student's qualification will be cancelled and the remaining fee will not be refunded.
