這次入住十分滿意！由自駕進入大門，有保安核對入住客人，感覺安全性十足，泊好車已有職員主動拿行李到大堂。準備登記入住時，只需要安坐大堂，職員會處理，以及管家會將行李放到房間，然後拍照給我們確認，細節十分好。 入住時開了一個管家群，有問必答有求必應，情緒價值拉滿！酒店新開，硬件新得過分，而且明顯每次認真收拾及檢查好才交付入住。沙灘只有住戶才能使用，所以人數不會多，而且安全。酒店送的遊艇出海體驗，如果怕悶其實不用參加，純粹出去45分鐘兜風。 網上已有好多相關介紹，但有些介紹未必有人提及，最深刻是我們入住前幾日，大鵬新區及整個深圳都「紅色暴雨」（內地紅色最高），而且是很多年都未出現過，我上網看影片及其他平台住客評語，知道依山而建的酒店被沖洗及水浸影響，破壞得「不似人形」，我也打電話去證實過，也擔心入住體驗不佳。而我們入住時，竟然已經還原99%，只有小溪內有一點點亂，十分驚訝。 酒店內員工人數也十分多，而且上上下下都非常有禮貌，這是十分難得，看得出老闆這方面很捨得花錢培訓，以及照顧住客需要及心情。 缺點只有兩個：地點不便利、部份房間需要行數十級樓梯，但排除根本不需要離開酒店用膳（餐廳晚餐價錢根本是成本價，但是有高級餐廳的味道及氣氛，還有live band及驚喜煙花，煙花應該是海邊燭光晚餐的住客準備的），以及從頭到尾員工幫手搬行李，也是可以接受。 總結：貴，但超值。
