• This tour includes both reserved seat and non-reserved seat plans for the Hakone Tozan Train.
• The reserved seat plan is included in the itinerary, ensuring every guest has a seat. Please note that seats will be pre-assigned by staff, and specific seat requests cannot be accommodated.(Reserved seat plan only)
• Please note that for non-reserved seats, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and you will be sharing the train with the general public. During peak times, there is a possibility that you may not be able to secure a seat.
• The Hakone Tozan Railway (Hydrangea Train) ride may have changes in the boarding section due to congestion or other reasons.
• If the minimum number of participants (10) is not reached, the tour will not take place that day.
• Lunch will be a French set meal at the historic Hotel. If you have special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, allergies, or Muslim-friendly meals), please inform us at the time of booking. Requests made on the day of the tour may not be accommodated.
