This day tour that departs from Chengdu takes you all the way to the famed Giant Buddha of Leshan. It sits at the meeting point of three rivers: Min, Qingyi, and Dadu. Here, with the company of the bilingual guide, you may be able to get close to the Giant Buddha and learn about why this statue had been created and the significance it plays in the part of the locals’ lives. Afterward, you get to visit one of the towns nearby. One of the biggest industries in the area is farming tea. Here, in this mountainous area, it’s most efficient to grow tea plants in terraces, which you’ll see as you visit one of the fields. This day tour is a great way to immerse yourself in local culture outside of the city.

Una giornata divertente. È un lungo viaggio in auto da Leshan da Chengdu, ma ci siamo divertiti a guardare la campagna sulla nostra strada (e siamo riusciti a fare un pisolino sulla via del ritorno). La nostra guida è stata fantastica andando ben oltre e il pranzo è stato uno dei pasti migliori che abbiamo mai mangiato.
Questo tour è stato assolutamente sbalorditivo. Non sono così sicuro del Buddha gigante come molto turistico, ma immagino che sia assolutamente da vedere per tutti i turisti. Il seguente tour attraverso la città vecchia e il mercato è stato fantastico e sembrava estremamente locale e non inventato per i turisti. Esattamente quello che stavo cercando. Anche la visita alla piantagione di tè e alla fattoria è stata eccellente. Consiglio vivamente questo tour per una visione autentica, ma assicurati di indossare pantaloni lunghi (!) - le mie gambe sono piene di punture di zanzara (probabilmente dalla fattoria del tè). La guida è stata estremamente premurosa e ho anche ottenuto un viaggio molto sicuro da / ritorno a Chengdu.
Questo tour è stato fantastico!! Non sapevamo davvero cosa aspettarci dalla descrizione, ma si è rivelato fantastico! Lucy è stata molto divertente, aperta a condividere la sua cultura e a rispondere alle nostre domande. Il giro in barca è andato bene, ma visitare la città vecchia e vivere il mercato e il cibo è stato davvero fantastico. Anche la piantagione di tè è stata una bella esperienza.
