Ticket Information

  • Single tickets are valid for one person's use only and are required for entry. They cannot be reused. Pair tickets require two people to enter together, and triple tickets require three people to enter together; they cannot be used separately. The Dual Souvenir Package requires two people to enter at the same time and cannot be used separately; please redeem your souvenir package with the QR code at the entrance. This package is for commemorative purposes only and cannot be used for admission.
  • For Guidebook Packages and Catalogue Packages, please redeem the items and enter the exhibition during the exhibition period (2025/6/27-2025/10/12) after verification at the exhibition venue. (No mailing service provided)
  • This ticket is a valuable document. Please keep it safe. It will be considered invalid if lost, damaged, punched, altered, stained, photocopied, or torn in a way that makes it unidentifiable. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued.
  • This ticket is valid for the duration of the exhibition (until 2025/10/12). It will be considered void after the expiration date. Refund and exchange requests must be made through the original point of purchase before 2025/10/12. Late requests will not be accepted. Please refer to the refund policies of each point of purchase for refund and exchange procedures.
  • The exhibition venue only accepts ticket refunds for tickets sold at the on-site ticket booth, and a complete, unused ticket, invoice, and credit card receipt must be presented.
  • Children under the age of 3 are admitted free of charge and must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. (Relevant identification must be presented. If no identification is presented, height will be used, with 90 cm as the cutoff. Age is calculated based on the actual age on the day of the visit.)
  • Those with free admission eligibility should proactively present their identification to the staff for verification before entering. If they do not meet the eligibility requirements, they must purchase a ticket according to their status. Those who qualify for discounted tickets (concession tickets, disability tickets) will not be eligible for partial refunds or ticket price adjustments after entering with the ticket.
  • To ensure clear identification by service personnel, necessary companions of people with disabilities should enter the venue with the disabled person.
  • For all package purchases, please note that all items in the package must be complete and unused in order to be eligible for a full refund. Please refer to the refund policy instructions of each ticketing platform for processing.
  • For any unaddressed matters above, please refer to the official website and Facebook announcements. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

Admission Information

  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult to enter.
  • The organizer does not proactively offer luggage storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition hall as directed by the staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables.
  • There are no restrooms or trash cans inside the exhibition hall. Please use the restrooms inside the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall before entering.
  • Please abide by the visitor routes, exhibition rules, and on-site staff instructions. If there are large crowds, please queue in order.
  • Only mobile phone photography is permitted in this exhibition. Photography and videography are prohibited in certain areas. The use of professional photography equipment, flash, tripods, selfie sticks, and stabilizers is prohibited throughout the exhibition area. Without prior permission, commercial photography or interviews are not allowed. Please abide by the regulations of each exhibition area and respect the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the exhibition.
  • Sketching in the exhibition hall is limited to pencils only. The use of charcoal, pastels, permanent markers, watercolors, or oil paints is prohibited in the exhibition hall.
  • No playing, running, eating, or drinking is allowed in the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food or beverages into the venue. Smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are prohibited. Hawking or reselling tickets on-site is prohibited. Those who engage in inappropriate behavior and fail to heed warnings will be required to leave the venue immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be provided.
  • Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas (short-handled umbrellas should be stored in personal bags), and various dangerous and illegal items are prohibited from entering the venue. Touching or hitting the exhibits and display cases is prohibited. Any damage will be subject to compensation at the original price.
  • There are designated staff members in the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you discover any suspicious individuals or unidentified objects, find lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify the nearby staff for assistance.
  • If you need to re-enter after leaving, you can get a re-entry stamp at the exit of the exhibition hall and re-enter the exhibition by queuing up at the entrance again. However, re-entry is only allowed on the same day during the exhibition's business hours. No separate ticket is required to purchase merchandise in the souvenir area. Please proceed to the souvenir area from the exit.
  • In order to maintain the quality of the exhibition and safety, crowd control will be implemented when the number of visitors in the exhibition hall reaches the upper limit, and the ticket booth will temporarily suspend ticket sales. Please cooperate with the staff's instructions and wait in line at the entrance (last entry time is 17:00).
