  • Lengkacuo has limited conditions. Accommodation is arranged by local Tibetan homestays. There is no level division (please bring your own toiletries due to limited conditions. Public bathrooms may be arranged in multi-person rooms during holidays)
  • There is no breakfast pick-up during major holidays. Tourists go to the gathering point to gather on their own
  • During the summer vacation and major holidays, if oxygen is not delivered in time on the same day and the three treasures are arranged on the next day, and special circumstances cannot be arranged, the three treasures will be refunded to tourists at 5 yuan per set, and the oxygen will be refunded to tourists at 10 yuan per set.
  • Due to changes in time or weather, or the requirements of most tourists, the leader and guide have the right to adjust the tour order according to the current situation without reducing the number of attractions.
  • Once the parking space is booked, it cannot be cancelled. If you leave the group midway, the fee will not be refunded
  • Plateau travel is dangerous and unpredictable. All participants are deemed to have full civil capacity, good health, and aware of the risks of plateau tourism. Travelers do not have basic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, etc. Our agency will not bear any compensation caused by altitude sickness.
  • The hotels in the itinerary list will be dispatched by our agency's room dispatchers according to the room status at each stage. Tourists/tour operators cannot unilaterally specify the rooms. If the priority hotel is full, you will be arranged to stay in an alternative hotel; In special circumstances such as peak season, due to tight room supply, you will be arranged to stay in a hotel of the same level. The hotel arranges two people in a room, and the room type cannot be specified. If the total number of rooms is not affected, if the team encounters a single man or a single woman, our agency will arrange guests of the same gender or share a room with the team leader, or arrange a triple room. If the guest insists on his own opinion, the guest must pay the single room difference fee directly to the hotel front desk (the specific fee is subject to the hotel front desk charge).
  • Prepaid items in the itinerary cannot be refunded (such as carpooling fees, same-day hotel refunds, etc.). If you automatically give up, the fee will not be refunded.
  • If the trip is delayed or other expenses are incurred due to force majeure (weather, delays, etc.), our company will not be responsible. Such expenses are to be borne by the guests. If the railway bureau cancels the flight temporarily, all compensation will be implemented according to the compensation system of the railway bureau and has nothing to do with our company.
