Ticket purchase notes

• Each ticket is for one person only. Tickets are valid for admission only and cannot be reused.
• This ticket is a valuable ticket. Please keep it properly. If it is lost, damaged, punctured, altered, stained, photocopied or torn and cannot be identified, it will be deemed invalid and will not be returned or reissued.
• This ticket is valid for the duration of this exhibition (until 6/8/2025). It will be deemed invalid after the expiration date. Please return or exchange your tickets to the original ticket purchase channel before 2025/6/8. Late requests will not be accepted. For refund and exchange procedures, please refer to the refund regulations of each channel. *Only tickets sold at the on-site ticket booth will be accepted for refund. Complete unused tickets, invoices, and credit card receipts must be submitted. A 10% refund fee will be charged for each ticket.
• Children under 3 years old can enter for free. They must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. The age is calculated based on the actual age on the day of admission.
• Those who qualify for free tickets are requested to show their ID to the staff for verification before entering. If you do not meet the qualifications, please purchase tickets according to your status. Those who meet the preferential status (discounted tickets, special tickets) cannot request a partial refund or make up for the ticket difference after entering with the ticket.
• To enable the service staff to clearly identify the disabled, the necessary companion of the disabled person should enter closely following the disabled person.
• For package purchases, please note that all package contents must be intact and unused before a refund can be made. Please refer to the refund policy of each ticket sales channel for details.
• Other ticket-related regulations or consumer disputes arising from this ticket will be handled in accordance with the matters that should and should not be recorded in the standardized contract for art and cultural exhibition tickets promulgated by the Ministry of Culture.
• If there are any issues not covered above, please refer to the official website and FB announcement. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

Notes on Visiting

• We do not provide luggage storage services at the exhibition site and are not responsible for personal property losses. Please keep your belongings and valuables properly.
• Photography is allowed in some areas of this exhibition. However, the use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, long lenses and stabilizers is prohibited in the entire exhibition area. Commercial filming and interviews are not allowed without prior permission.
• There are no toilets or trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please use the toilet in the hall before entering the exhibition hall.
• Please follow the visiting route, exhibition rules and instructions of on-site staff. If there are large crowds, please queue up in order.
• Playing, running and eating are prohibited in the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food or drinks into the exhibition hall. Smoking, chewing gum and betel nut are prohibited. Peddling and reselling tickets are prohibited in the exhibition hall. If there is any inappropriate behavior and persuasion is ineffective, you must leave the venue immediately without any objection. No compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given.
• Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and all kinds of dangerous and prohibited items are not allowed into the exhibition venue; hitting or touching exhibits and display cabinets is prohibited in the exhibition venue. If any damage occurs, compensation will be required.
• There are designated staff members at the exhibition venue to maintain order. If you see any suspicious persons or unidentified objects, find lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
• If you need to re-enter the exhibition after leaving, you can get a repeat entry stamp at the exhibition exit and queue up at the entrance again. However, you can only enter and exit the exhibition during the exhibition business hours on that day. You do not need to purchase additional tickets to purchase items in the souvenir area. Please proceed to the souvenir area from the exit.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition opening hours, content and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official fan page announcement. If there are any matters not covered above, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
