Ticket Notes

• One ticket per person, admission is by the ticket only, and cannot be reused. You must present the QR Code of the electronic ticket for this event upon entry. You can enter after the staff verifies that it is correct. Please check the status of your mobile phone in advance to avoid affecting your admission rights.
• This electronic ticket is deemed as a bearer security. The QR Code for entry verification can only be used once and will become invalid once cancelled. Please keep it properly.
• Each ticket can only be used once. The fees include entertainment tax.
• Please go to the original ticket purchase channel to process the refund. Late refunds will not be accepted.

Notes on entry

• Please keep your personal belongings by yourself. The organizer does not provide luggage storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue according to the staff's instructions. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of personal property. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables properly.
• It is strictly prohibited to use cameras, video cameras or any equipment to record videos, audio recordings, or live broadcast the event. If caught, staff will ask the artist to leave the venue. Those with serious circumstances will not be allowed to re-enter. The organizer has the right to force exposure of the film or delete the content shot/recorded in the memory card to protect the artist's portrait rights and intellectual property rights. We are not responsible for any damage or loss and reserve the right to pursue legal action.
• Please follow the visiting route, exhibition rules and instructions of on-site staff. If there are large crowds, please queue up in order.
• Smoking, chewing gum and betel nut are prohibited in the exhibition area.
• There are no toilets or trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please use the facilities outside the exhibition hall before entering the exhibition hall.
• Selling or reselling tickets at the exhibition site is prohibited. If any improper behavior is found and persuasion fails, the person must leave the venue immediately without any objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given.
• Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and any dangerous or prohibited items are not allowed into the exhibition venue. There are designated staff members in the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you see any suspicious persons or unidentified objects, find lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition operating hours and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official FB announcement. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
• The performance may be recorded, audio recorded and photographed by the official personnel. Ticket holders are deemed to have consented to being filmed and to the official use of the relevant video and audio content to be uploaded to the public Internet and video platforms.
