Good to know

  • Bring your electronic voucher (QR Code) to the ticket office for verification and stamping. Then present your electronic ticket at the service counter in the lobby of Shisanhang Museum. After verification, you can receive the physical ticket and redeem it at 13CAFE of Shisanhang Museum.
  • Please be sure to pay attention to the business hours of the redemption store. If you cannot redeem during that period, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
  • Opening hours (Monday) 9:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. (ii) Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closing time (A) The museum is closed on the first Monday of every month. If it happens to be a national holiday, the museum will be open as usual and closed the next day. (2) Lunar New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and days when work is suspended due to natural disasters as announced by the government. (3) Other necessary closure dates will be announced separately. (Thursday) Closed days in 2015: 1/6, 1/28 (Chinese New Year’s Eve), 1/29 (the first day of the Chinese New Year), 2/3, 3/3, 4/7, 5/5, 6/2, 7/7, 8/4, 9/1, 10/7, 11/3, 12/1.
  • If 13CAFE is temporarily closed or closed, no merchandise will be sold. The product supply time is in line with the business hours of 13CAFE. The actual supply situation is subject to the on-site announcement.
