Luggage Information
- Luggage space for two 24-inch bags per car (in the trunk)
- Please make sure your luggage numbers fit the car you select. Klook is not responsible for any discomfort resulting from an excess number of luggage
Booking Requirements
- Airport Pick Up: Please select your airport pick up service date based on “Scheduled Flight Landing Time (UTC +08:00)” accurately upon checkout. For example, if your flight is scheduled to land at 2 Dec at 11:30pm, please select 2 Dec
- Hotel Pick Up: Your preferred pick up time should be at least 3.5 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
Additional information
- **You will receive the driver’s contact information via text message between 8:00pm-10:00pm (Taiwan time, UTC +8) a day before your chosen pick up date
- **As mandated by Taiwanese law, 1 free child safety seat is available for children aged 1-4 or weighing less than 18kg and is required to be buckled in a child safety seat
- If flight arrives between 11:00pm - 5:59am, please select Midnight Service (11:00pm-5:59am) (Late Pickup Fee TWD200)
Surcharge table
- Remote Areas Surcharge:
- **All surcharges must be paid in cash (TWD) to the driver onsite
- Vehicle Overtime Charges: TWD150 every 30 minutes. Based on the flight arrival, driver will only wait for an extended number of time (overtime) if he has contacted the passengers and arranged it with them
- Late Pickup Charge: TWD200 for flight arrival or hotel pickup between 11:00pm and 5:59am
- Remote Destinations Requiring Extra Service Fee of TWD200:
- Taipei City: Nangang (whole district); Remote or mountain areas in Neihu, Songshan, Beitou, Shilin and Wenshan Districts / New Taipei City: Banqiao, Zhonghe, Yonghe, Tucheng, Luzhou, Bali, Xinzhuang, Wugu, Taishan and Sanchong (whole districts); City centers of Linkou, Shulin, Yingge, Sanxia, Xindian, Xizhi and Shenkeng Districts
- Remote Destinations Requiring Extra Service Fee of TWD500: New Taipei City: Tamsui District (whole district)
- **For remote pick up and drop off locations in areas not mentioned above, the amount of extra service fee will be decided based on the distance
