This is a brand with over 78 years of tradition. When it was founded in 1946, it invented the classic mayonnaise topping for Okonomiyaki. The original Osaka representative gourmet “Totoyaki” sold exclusively at our restaurant is a fusion of the essence of Okonomiyaki and yakisoba. It is as popular as “Deep-fried skewers” and “Takoyaki”!
