L'autobus stesso va bene. Era spazioso, ha un'unità di intrattenimento a bordo, snack e bevande, coperte e pause per il bagno. Ci vogliono circa 2 ore dal centro di Yangon per raggiungere la stazione degli autobus di Aung Mingalar. La stessa stazione degli autobus è molto confusa, quindi cerca di convincere il tuo hotel a trattare con il tassista per lasciarti direttamente allo stand della compagnia di autobus. Altrimenti non sarai in grado di trovare la tua strada. Tuttavia, Klook ha impiegato un mese intero per confermare il mio biglietto e l'ho ricevuto solo prima del volo. Ho dovuto inviare costantemente e-mail chiedendo loro un aggiornamento. Capisco che coinvolge un fornitore di terze parti, ma penso che non ci vorrebbe fino a un mese per confermare 2 biglietti dell'autobus. L'esperienza non è stata affatto piacevole. Sono in Myanmar adesso e sto ancora aspettando un'altra conferma per i biglietti che ho comprato più di 1 mese fa. Inoltre, non c'erano informazioni su ciò che dovevamo fare una volta data la conferma. Il sito afferma che dobbiamo ritirare il biglietto fisico ma nessuna indicazione a quale terminale è stato fornito nonostante li avessimo inviati via e-mail per i dettagli. Aung Mingalar è un frenetico terminal degli autobus e i principianti non sapranno dove andare. Si prega di migliorare il servizio clienti.

NON PRENOTARE!!! Abbiamo prenotato l'autobus notturno VIP da Yangon al Lago Inle la scorsa notte alle 19:00, ma prima non abbiamo ricevuto quale compagnia di autobus avremmo preso il giorno prima, quindi abbiamo verificato online che dovrebbe essere la famosa compagnia di autobus poiché JJ Express non lo fa Ho un autobus delle 19:00. Quando siamo arrivati lì, la famosa compagnia di autobus ha detto che non riuscivano a trovare la nostra prenotazione e l'autobus era al completo, e quella notte non c'erano altri autobus disponibili, nemmeno per altre città vicine. Io e il mio amico eravamo così frustrati guardando diverse compagnie di autobus per più di un'ora e finalmente siamo saliti sull'autobus espresso JJ per Bagan e stamattina abbiamo preso un altro volo interno per il Lago Inle. Abbiamo bisogno di una spiegazione dal servizio clienti e di un rimborso completo di questo biglietto dell'autobus PAGATO con tutte le altre spese che ci hanno portato al Lago Inle per questo pessimo servizio. Non vedo l'ora di ricevere la tua risposta.
