Questa attività è totalmente una frode, ho acquistato un biglietto da Mandalay a Yangon, ho ricevuto normalmente il voucher di conferma ma in questo voucher non c'erano specifiche su quale specifica compagnia di autobus avrei dovuto viaggiare perché ti offrono 4 opzioni, le invio una mail senza risposta, però, sono arrivato alla stazione degli autobus e ho chiesto il mio biglietto in tutte le compagnie di autobus uno per uno ma nessuno aveva alcuna conferma con il mio nome anche nessuno aveva sentito parlare di KLOOK. Ho dovuto acquistare un altro biglietto direttamente con la compagnia di autobus, ovviamente più economico di KLOOK. Lo stesso problema si è verificato con i miei biglietti da Bagan a Mandalay e da Yangon a Bagan. Non consiglio davvero di acquistare questi biglietti, puoi acquistarli direttamente alla stazione degli autobus o sul loro sito Web hanno molti orari per tutti i giorni. Ora, sto cercando i soldi rimborsati senza risposta.
