A guided cold plunge class led by a breathwork coach. Whether you’re a first-timer or looking to deepen your practice, this experience is designed to help you maximise the benefits of cold water immersion. Through focused breathwork techniques and gentle guidance, you’ll learn how to relax and embrace the cold, boost circulation, improve muscle recovery, reduce stress, and leave feeling rejuvenated. Perfect for all levels, this workshop will give you the tools to safely and confidently unlock the power of cold therapy. Bring swimwear and a change of clothes; towels are provided!
