- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent trip. We will not contact you in advance, please arrive at the meeting point on time.
- Basically mixed with Japanese passengers, and provide Japanese services. When there are 10 or more foreign visitors to Japan participating, we will provide translation services (Chinese and English). If there are less than 9 people, Japanese staff will provide services using translation software.

- Depending on the crowd conditions on the day, if you arrive at Hitachi Seaside Park after 13:00, you will not be able to make a shopping stop. Please understand in advance.
- Regarding flower viewing, the flowering time may change due to the weather conditions of the year. In addition, the types and quantities of flowers may also change depending on the circumstances of the year. Please understand in advance.

- Please note that this tour does not include lunch. Please take care of it at Hitachi Seaside Park or Hitachi Seafood Center.

- Each passenger can bring one suitcase (not more than 30kg) and store it in the trunk of the bus. The depth/height/width of each piece of luggage must not exceed 155cm. Please do not store your valuable luggage in the trunk of the bus. The company will not be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of luggage stored in the trunk of the bus.
