Pop Up Store Information
- Date: January 18, 2025 (Sat) - January 27, 2025 (Mon), 10 days in Total
- Store Hour: January 18 (Sat) to 24 (Fri) and January 27 (Mon) from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM January 25 (Sat) to 26 (Sun) from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Venue: Shop 616, 6F, Hong Kong Times Square
- Admission: Free Admission, Reservation required
Good to know
- Each Klook account can only make one reservation, with a maximum of two bookings at a time.
- This activity is by appointment only.
- All entrants must present a valid reservation QR Code to enter.
- The QR Code, full name in English, and phone number must be verified and confirmed on site.
- You can only enter the venue on the date and time indicated on the reservation QR Code.
- Each session is limited in number. Once the quota is full, you will not be able to make reservations for that session. Please choose other sessions that are not full. If an appointment is cancelled, the system will automatically release the spot for that time period.
- The reservation QR Code is for the use of the person who made the reservation only and cannot be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium, or used for advertising, promotion or any other commercial purpose.
- You agree not to attempt to obtain any booking QR Code through unauthorized use of robots, websites, other automatic devices or any other illegal and unauthorized activities. The organizer reserves the right to reserve the QR Code without prior notice to you. Any and all reservation QR Codes used as part of this transaction will be void.
- Once the reservation is successful, you will receive an email notification with a reservation voucher. If you have not received it, please check your spam or trash folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, you can contact us via online chat system. Simply go to the Orders page, select the order in question, and tap the chat icon.
- If circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, medical and health concerns) occur and the organizers consider it impossible to hold the exhibition as originally planned, the organizers reserve the right to change the exhibition schedule at any time as they deem appropriate. Cancel the exhibition.
- The reservation QR Code can only be used once.
- Admission is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please check in at the door 10 minutes before your scheduled time. You will not be able to re-enter after leaving the venue.
- The last admission time is 19:30. No admission will be allowed after this time.
- Each session is limited to 25 minutes. To ensure the quality of the event, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff. If there are too many people, control will be implemented. Please queue up in order. Once you leave the market, you cannot re-enter.
- If the applicant is unable to attend the event due to personal reasons, the organizer will not refund or compensate.
- The reservation QR Code will not be reissued, please keep it properly. After completing your visit or shopping, please leave according to the staff’s instructions.
- Eating and drinking are not allowed in the venue.
- The event regulations are subject to the official website and on-site announcements. The organizer reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate the event.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with the rules of the event.
- In case of any disputes, the organizer reserves the right of final decision and no one shall raise any objection.
