Luggage Services
- Please store your luggage at the hotel counter before 11:00 AM. The agent will collect the luggage according to the service schedule
- According to the location provided in the 'Other Info' section, it must be within Tokyo's 23 Wards, Maihama (Disneyland area), or Yokohama City
- Your luggage will arrive at your designated hotel before 21:00 on the same day

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Please take photos of the luggage you plan to have delivered and send them to the courier. You will be provided with the courier's contact information

Non potrei chiedere di meglio! Super comodo avere i bagagli spediti la mattina tra le città e averli ad aspettarti in hotel più tardi quella sera! L'intero processo è stato super facile. Userò sicuramente di nuovo questo servizio!
Servizio eccellente! I nostri bagagli sono stati ritirati alla reception del nostro hotel a Kyoto alle 9 in punto (come da programma) e quando siamo arrivati al nostro hotel a Tokyo verso le 19:00, i nostri bagagli erano già lì ad aspettarci. Nessun danno, nessun ritardo. Ci siamo goduti il nostro primo giorno di esplorazione di Tokyo senza preoccupazioni e "a mani" libere! Altamente consigliato!
Dopo il nostro viaggio attraverso Tokyo, Osaka e Kyoto, i nostri bagagli erano più grandi del previsto e avevamo bisogno di una soluzione per spedirli da Kyoto al nostro ultimo hotel vicino all'aeroporto di Haneda. LuggAgent è stata la nostra salvezza. Hanno ritirato i bagagli dal nostro hotel a Kyoto e siamo riusciti a prendere lo Shinkansen senza bagagli fino a destinazione. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, le valigie ci stavano già aspettando. Lo consiglio al 100% e utilizzerei di nuovo questo servizio.
Ero davvero preoccupato di spedire la mia valigia in anticipo, ma è andato tutto molto bene! La mia valigia mi ha aspettato a Kyoto e il processo di prenotazione e comunicazione è stato facile e veloce! Poiché ho un AirTag, ho potuto vedere dove si trovava il mio bagaglio, altrimenti non ho ricevuto un'e-mail come indicato nel servizio, il che sarebbe stato bello! Posso comunque consigliare vivamente questo servizio, perché viaggiare in metropolitana e sullo Shinkansen è una vera seccatura con una valigia!
Non volevo portare i miei bagagli perché avevo molti trasferimenti per andare al mio prossimo hotel e come promesso mi hanno portato i bagagli alle 19:00 nel mio nuovo hotel. Puoi usarlo senza alcun problema.
questa è di gran lunga la migliore decisione che abbiamo preso durante il nostro viaggio, non abbiamo dovuto trascinare i nostri bagagli sullo shinkansen... sono arrivati puntuali e i bagagli sono stati consegnati prima del previsto
risparmia energie senza trascinare pesanti bagagli da una città all'altra. i bagagli sono arrivati entro le 17:00 all'hotel di destinazione.
