- Visit World Heritage Site Shiragawa-go in Gifu Prefecture with the largest scale of thatched roof houses, which is called “Gassho-zukuri”. The houses are capped with snow during cold time in winter and the scenery is just like a fairy-tale!
- Go to the off-beaten-track gassho-zukuri farmhouse group Suganuma of Gokayama located in Toyama Prefecture with rich natural resources. Make the full experience of strolling across the village and viewing night illumination! There will also be chance to enjoy Gokayama treasurable folk song performance.
- Lunch is a local specialty, Hida beef shabu-shabu, but you can also change to a vegetarian menu.
