- Pick-up and Drop-off Service Area: We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off service within Daoli District, Daowai District, Nangang District, Songbei District, and Xiangfang District of Harbin. For locations outside these areas, additional charges will apply. The exact amount will be communicated and confirmed by our customer service team after order confirmation.
- Schedule: Standard departure times are around 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 2:00 PM. The tour generally ends around 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 6:00 PM, and we will take you back to your hotel. However, your needs are our priority. The schedule is flexible, and you can negotiate the best departure time with our customer service team after booking. During peak holidays, we recommend departing early to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable trip.
- Service Duration Reminder: Please note that our overall service duration is limited to approximately 4 hours. If the service exceeds this time, an overtime fee will be applied. We will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance.
