Iinuma Honke, a sake brewery, will offer freshly pressed “Risshun Morning Pressing” along with specialty cuisine themed around the beginning of spring, “Risshun.”
- In addition to “Risshun Morning Pressing,” several other sakes from Iinuma Honke will be served as pairings.
- We offer a traditional Japanese multi-course meal, the perfect accompaniment to sake.
- The dining experience takes place at Kinonene Omoya, a registered tangible cultural property of Japan. You can savor a refined atmosphere and enjoy a truly exceptional time.
- The sake 'Kinoene' that we offer is crafted by our skilled brewers right here in the same brewery located on the premises of Kinoene Omoya. Enjoy the unique opportunity to taste sake made with local spring water in the very place where it was brewed.
