Clearer instructions on how to receive the self guided tour would have helped. Confusing how Klook asks you to meet at the meeting place yet no one is there. Instead they ask you to redeem the tour at the URL using a code in the booking that didn’t work, then they tell you one would arrive in email that did not arrive. Klook did not tell ahead of time to expect an email from the tour operator. And after going through the hassle of finding how it starts under the heat of the sun, chatting with customer support trying to figure things out, your family waiting with you losing time in the city, Klook nor the operator has no word on your refund request. Have booked so many tours with Klook, this one is the one and only one that is broken.
