“Wine Tasting Wristbands” Terms & Conditions

• This ticket is valid only on the date selected when purchasing tickets on Klook. It is invalid when expires. Quota is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Each ticket will only be accepted once. Once used, the QR code will be deactivated from the system and cannot be reused. Additional or duplicate copies will not be accepted.
• Participants must present their valid Klook tickets and redeem all "Wine Tasting Wristbands" (hereinafter referred to as the wristband) at Ocean Terminal Deck, Harbour City on the designated date. Participants are asked to fasten their wristbands before entering. Wristbands will not be reissued if lost, stained or damaged.
• The final redemption time for “Wine Tasting Wristbands” is half an hour (30 minutes) before the bar closing hour on the day. Late arrivals will not be accepted.
• Holders of “Wine Tasting Wristbands” can taste 2 glasses of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks of their selections among the drinks available at the bar on the day. Wine tasting portion is approximately 60ml for wines; 330ml for beer; 30ml for sake; 30ml for whisky, 100ml for cocktails; 180ml for sparkling water; 180ml for juice.
• The bar will provide designated drinks for tasting and be responsible for serving the portion. The wine tasting coupon on the wristband can only be used once and will be collected by the staff after use for accounting purposes.
• The wristband includes 2 glasses of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. Only those with wristbands can enjoy in the venue.
• Wine-tasting participants must be aged 18 years or above with the proof of age, e.g. identity card, passport, or other travel documents, for inspection upon the request of staff and wear the wristband to be eligible for wine tasting.
• The wristband has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The wristband is non-refundable. All wristbands are not for resale and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other souvenirs. Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right to collect or cancel the wristbands used for sale.
• If participants fail to present a valid Klook ticket for any reason, they are not eligible to redeem the wristbands.
• Harbour City Estates Limited bears no responsibility for loss or damage of wristbands and is not liable to make any compensation.
• Each wristband can only be used by one person on the designated date.
• The supply of each beverage is limited; the tasting portion is subject to the organizer on a first-come-first-served basis. In case of any dispute, Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right of final decision.
• Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
• Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right to cancel the wine-tasting event in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Appropriate announcements will be made on the day of the wine-tasting event.
• Harbour City Estates Limited is not the supplier of the products and services of the merchants and shall not be responsible for any liabilities in relation thereto.
• Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right of the final decision in case of any disputes.

Admission Terms and Rules

Admission Eligibility

• People of all ages (including infants and children) are welcome to enter for FREE.
• Children aged 12 or below must be always accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian during the event.
• No outside food, alcohol and other beverage are allowed. To avoid any contamination and other risk exposure, outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed except for baby formulas.
• No pet or other animal can be brought into the venue except service dogs (guide dogs).
• Wine-tasting participants must be aged 18 or above.
• All participants must be in good health before entering the venue and comply with any public health directive as may be in force from time to time. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who appears to be unwell.

During Admission

• Participants must queue to enter the Ocean Terminal Deck, Harbour City in accordance with the instructions of the staff and enter the venue through designated entrance.
• Participants must present their valid Klook tickets and redeem all "Wine Tasting Wristbands" (hereinafter referred to as the wristband) at Ocean Terminal Deck, Harbour City on the designated date. Participants are asked to fasten their wristbands before entering. Wristbands will not be reissued if lost, stained, or damaged.
• No elevator or escalator on the way into the venue. Please contact the staff if any assistance (such as wheelchair access) is needed.

After Admission

• Participants must comply with all terms and rules. Staff have the right to refuse admission of anyone who fails to follow.
• Smoking is prohibited in the venue.
• Please keep the venue clean and do not litter. The organizer reserves the right to charge a clean-up and disinfection fee for vomiting, any liquid leakage, or excreta.
• Participants must follow all arrangements made by the organizer during the event.
• Participants are strictly prohibited intentionally colliding, pushing, harassing other participants or staff, or engaging in any dangerous actions. If the above situation is found, it should be immediately reported to the staff for handling. If anyone fails to comply with the rules, the staff have the right to request violators to leave immediately.
• Prohibited activities:
• Littering and spitting
• Dancing in the passageways, or activities which cause danger, obstructions or disturbance to other participants
• Any sales, questionnaires, and promotional activities
• Move, damage, throw, intentionally destroy, or take away any objects in the venue.
• In case of any accident or mishap, please seek help from the nearest staff immediately.

Departure

• Participants must leave Ocean Terminal Deck, Harbour City in accordance with the instructions of the staff, and leave the venue through designated exits.
• Please return the glasses to the designated collection points before leaving. Organizer reserves the right of obtaining compensation for any lost or/and damaged glasses.
• Drink responsibly and no drink driving.

Personal Belongings Arrangement

• To ensure safety during the event, participants are not allowed to bring any large luggage or handbags, large personal belongings, outside food, alcohol and other beverage, or other dangerous items into the venue. Staff have the right to inspect participants' personal belongings.
• Please take responsibility for your personal belongings. Harbour City Estates Limited will not be responsible for any stained, damaged, lost, or stolen personal items.

Others

• In case of adverse weather, cancellation or amendment of the event by the organizer, Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right to cancel the event without prior notice.
• Participants shall be responsible for death, any injury, any damage, loss or destruction of property or any other economic loss or for any consequential loss, in any such case arising from any accident or mishap or otherwise arising from or connected with this event. Participants shall indemnify and keep indemnified Harbour City Estates Limited against all actions, claims, and demands by any case arising out of or as a result of the use of the facilities.
• Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right to amend terms & conditions or amend and terminate the event at any time without prior notice and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
• In case of any disputes, Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right of final decision.

• Walk through the end of LCX, Level 3, Ocean Terminal to Extension Building in Ocean Terminal and take the escalator to Level 5
