- Macau Fisherman’s Wharf will host a pop-up event with Asia’s No.1 Pizzeria Restaurant CIAK, starting from 15 August. The pizzas have been transformed into artwork in the dining table by star chef Edmund Li. The chef mixes four kinds of high-quality flour with 18-year-old live yeast sent directly from Italy, and uses 36 hours of chronic fermentation to give the dough a more layered texture. The all-natural ingredients also make the dough lighter and easier to digest!
