Booking guidelines
- This SIM card is not applicable for iPads, tablets, customized phones, contract phones, SIM locked, jailbroke and rooted devices
- Compatible models: iPhone X and above (iPhone 10 to iPhone 16 and newer series), and some Android phones. Please dial “*#06#” on your phone. If you immediately receive a response containing an “EID number,” then eSIM is supported. Please refer to the compatible phone models in the attached image
- Incompatible devices: Phones manufactured and sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau cannot use eSIM. Select Samsung phones sold in Taiwan cannot use eSIM. Phones with carrier-locked numbers cannot be used. Please refer to your phone brand's official website to confirm eSIM support.

Usage reminder

Portare la famiglia in Europa durante le lunghe vacanze del Capodanno cinese significa trovare molta gente, e ho pensato di comprare una eSIM un po' tardi. Incredibilmente, l'ho ricevuta una o due ore dopo aver fatto l'ordine, molto velocemente. La rete è fantastica, perché anche in alcune cittadine e regge un po' distanti dal centro di Parigi sono riuscito a navigare normalmente. Posso raccomandare questa qualità, ma è anche vero che sarebbe meglio acquistare un piano con un volume dati totale da controllare personalmente.
Servizio buono e internet ottimo, se non si aggancia il segnale basta selezionarlo direttamente sul telefono. L'assistenza clienti è super paziente e spiega tutto, in realtà è anche molto semplice. La velocità è elevata in diversi paesi dell'Europa occidentale, ordinando con due o tre giorni di anticipo è perfetto. La prossima volta sceglierò anch'io il piano con traffico dati totale.
La stabilità della rete è ottima e la velocità è perfetta per usare Instagram, inviare messaggi su Line e così via. Bisogna però fare attenzione al consumo dati: se si usa troppo il telefono, si esauriscono rapidamente. Io personalmente preferisco acquistare un po' di dati extra: quando si è fuori casa, è sempre meglio averne di più, per evitare di rimanere senza quando servono.
L'ho comprata per un compagno di viaggio l'ultima volta e, in generale, la connessione internet è andata liscia. Consiglio vivamente di acquistare un piano dati a consumo, in modo da poter controllare l'utilizzo del traffico. Altrimenti, 1GB o 2GB al giorno finiscono subito e bisogna aspettare che il traffico si ripristini il giorno dopo. Il tempo all'estero è prezioso, quindi ho iniziato a usare un piano dati a consumo e mi sono trovata molto bene.
Questa è la mia seconda visita alla splendida Parigi. Avevo sentito dire che la rete internet in Europa non fosse delle migliori, ma questa volta mi sembra vada bene. La eSIM funziona bene, sono qui da due giorni e per ora tutto OK. Ho fatto attenzione al consumo di dati, ma consiglio comunque di acquistare un piano dati "a volume totale", è molto più comodo.
Considerando gli standard europei, la connessione internet è ottima. Il servizio clienti di Line è molto disponibile e fornisce istruzioni chiare. Inoltre, è possibile selezionare manualmente l'operatore di rete desiderato. Durante la mia visita al castello di Sanssouci, location della serie "Queen of Tears", la connessione è stata sempre stabile. Nel complesso, il segnale è buono e il servizio eccellente.
La connessione internet è abbastanza stabile, a volte è un po' più lenta a causa della rete locale (la velocità di internet in Europa non è elevata), ma in condizioni normali è molto fluida, il prezzo non è caro, è facile da installare, lo consiglio vivamente.
L'esperienza complessiva con la eSIM è stata molto positiva e pratica. In futuro, sceglierei di nuovo l'eSIM per la sua comodità. La rete è stata fluida e senza problemi!
Considerando che si tratta di una rete utilizzabile a livello internazionale, il segnale è ottimo. Perfetto per cercare guide online, caricare foto e così via. Anche le mappe funzionano correttamente. L'assistenza clienti via chat è molto professionale e risponde velocemente. Grazie mille!
Nonostante alcuni problemi di attivazione iniziali, il servizio clienti è stato molto rapido nel rispondere e risolvere il problema. L'utilizzo è molto comodo. L'ho usato in Polonia, nei Paesi Baltici e persino in Finlandia senza problemi.
