  • This service can be submitted up to 2 days (from Kansai Airport) or up to 1 week (from other airports) before you use
  • You won't be able to change the number of luggage on the day, if you need to change the number of luggage, you must make the reservation change according to the resrvation deadline mentioned above

Cosa aspettarsi

Use hotel pre-check-in and luggage delivery services, please follow these steps:

1)After arriving in Japan, register for NEC Smooth Check-in 2)Enter your hotel reservation number, which can be found irn the email from your booking site, in “NEC Smooth Check-in.” 3)Enter your registration card information in "NEC Smooth Check-in. 4)At the airport counter, inform the staff that you will be using “Travel Light” and present the “NEC Smooth Check-in” screen which is displayed Luggage delivery reservation number or Email from delivery company. ＊Email from delivery company. Title：[TravelLight : DELIVERY SERVICE] Reservation Confirmation From：tourism@maruwaunyu.co.jp 5)Write the Luggage delivery reservation number from “NEC Smooth Check-in” or Email from delivery company on the shipping label. 6)Drop off your luggage at the airport counter. 7)Enjoy hands-free travel!

Please click here for more information about NEC Smooth Check-in Smooth check-in may not be available for reservations under certain conditions or circumstances. Please refer to the “how to use” section for details suchas the location of the airport counter.

Airport counter acceptance deadline: Please note luggages cannot be accepted outside business hours.

  • Kansai International Airport (KIX) to Osaka City business hour : 6:30 - 2:00PM
  • Kansai International Airport (KIX) to Kyoto City business hour : 6:30 - 12:00 PM (Noon)
  • Narita International Airport (NRT) to Tokyo City business hour : 6:30 - 1:00 PM
  • Tokyo International Airport (HND) to Tokyo City business hour : 6:30 - 1:00 PM

Luggages will be delivered to each hotel by around 8 PM.

Ho spedito i miei bagagli dall'aeroporto di Kansai a un hotel a Osaka Umeda. Ho avuto qualche difficoltà con l'uso dello smartphone quando ho fatto il check-in dei bagagli, ma poiché il pagamento era già stato completato, sono riuscito a lasciare i miei bagagli in tutta tranquillità. Essere libero dai miei bagagli all'aeroporto di Kansai mi ha sollevato il morale! È stato comodo!

Sono riuscito a lasciare i miei bagagli senza problemi all'aeroporto. Ritirare i miei bagagli in hotel è stato semplice. Se ne avrò la possibilità, vorrei usare di nuovo questo servizio.
