Molto buono e comodo per accedere alla lounge perché abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto prima di volare. Non il miglior lounge di sempre ma ottima idea vendere questo buono, utilissimo.

Hai accettato un pagamento di oltre $ 100 per una lounge Plaza Premium che è stata chiusa il 30 giugno e io vado all'aeroporto e scopro di aver effettuato il pagamento per qualcosa che non potevo usare. Il riscatto di Klook è facile. Tuttavia, l'esperienza complessiva della lounge è al di sotto degli standard a causa della scarsa esperienza del personale della lounge, dell'inesperienza nella gestione della fretta, il comportamento del personale deve essere migliorato.
