Save yourself from this unnecessary hassle and get your luggage delivered from the airport to your accommodations and vice versa via LuggAgent. All you have to do is choose between the same day and night storage, select the drop off and pick up time, and then claim your luggage at the airport or at your accommodations after 4:00pm. You can even choose to have the courier get your luggage before 12:00pm and then you can pick it up at the airport after 9:00am the next day. It's a safe and efficient process that extends your time exploring the city

- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32" (length and width total 180cm), and cannot weigh more than 32kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on site by the delivery staff
- For luggage delivery to and from the hotel, your luggage will be collected and delivered by the hotel concierge
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Baggage collection and delivery are handled by hand, and face to face
- For luggage delivery to the airport, the pick up time must be at least 2 hours prior to your departure time. The cost incurred due to insufficient time for luggage pick up will be shouldered by the customer
- Please take photos of the luggage you will have delivered and send the photo to the courier. You will be provided with the courier's contact information

Così conveniente! Sono entrato dal cancello la sera prima e il personale è stato molto premuroso e mi ha guidato al luogo dell'incontro, ho potuto ritirare i bagagli all'aeroporto o all'hotel lo stesso giorno e potevo facilmente camminare nel mezzo. Quando ho visto altri turisti camminare sulla strada di mattoni di pietra con le valigie nel punto turistico, ho sentito di averlo comprato bene!
Il servizio clienti risponde rapidamente. È la prima volta che lo uso. Sono molto soddisfatto e conveniente. Il personale di servizio ha anche consegnato i bagagli in tempo e ha pulito i bagagli con cura. Grazie mille.

Non avrei dovuto informarti in anticipo dove trovare l'oggetto nel momento in cui tante persone chiedevano il numero di deposito per il mio bagaglio? Anche gli addetti alle informazioni aeroportuali non hanno idea di dove sia questo servizio o di cosa sia. Si prega quindi di indicare sull'avviso di servizio che un agente verrà a prendervi e ad attendervi al 2° piano (fuori dall'aeroporto) delle partenze. Come sento sempre, la guida di Klook su luoghi specifici in cui utilizzare i servizi ha davvero bisogno di molti miglioramenti.

Comodo, ma se qualcuno utilizza il servizio per la prima volta, avrà paura che arrivi la borsa a ritirarlo, vero? Dove verrà consegnato? che ha un servizio di chat online, può essere contattato in qualsiasi momento È conveniente fare una passeggiata prima di salire sull'aereo.

Ho prenotato per ritirare il pacco all'aeroporto alle 5:30, ma non sono arrivato in hotel per ritirarlo fino alle 5:00, ero così preoccupato che non ho avuto il coraggio di lasciare l'hotel e sono rimasto nell'atrio ad aspettare ~ Quando è arrivato l'autista, si è scusato e anche la nostra gente è stata consegnata insieme all'aeroporto.
