This exclusive hands-on experience takes you from a rooftop farm to a steaming basket of homemade kueh-kueh. The menu of kuehs to be made will change from time to time based on seasonal availability of ingredients. You'll pick fresh pandan leaves and banana leaves, then try your hand at shaping and layering kueh lapis, forming the delicate naga sari, and creating the adorable putu ayu.
