The local operator is Lexxus and I've had a bad experience with them on another booking for a transfer from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. Same experience as this booking where they did not confirm pick up time and location, I had to call the office to make sure that the driver was coming and the driver arrived 15 minutes late. All around very unreliable and I would not recommend anyone to book with Lexxus.

Non vengo a prendermi. Non hai un elenco di nomi? Aspetto all'aeroporto di Puerto Princesa fino alle 07:50. Avere una vecchia signora che parla di questa prenotazione non è possibile. Perchè klock cevicese? Sono molto triste e noioso.

L'autista è stato rapido e ci è venuto a prendere in tempo. Stavamo viaggiando in un gruppo di 5, il furgone poteva facilmente ospitare altre 4-5 persone ed è stata una corsa molto confortevole.
Unlucky for us, the van did not show up at our pickup location. Turns out that the driver was misinformed and were waiting for us at the airport instead - the wrong direction. Luckily we managed to find another transport on time. To people who are booking this: always check with the local operator the day before your pick up date to confirm the transport arrangement!

L'ubicazione del venditore può essere piuttosto difficile da trovare poiché è fuori dall'aeroporto PPS, ma tutto è andato bene dopo che abbiamo trovato l'autista e il furgone.
Il furgone non si è presentato all'aeroporto, ma per fortuna un altro furgone dello stesso venditore ci ha portato a El Nido dopo aver lasciato i passeggeri a Puerto Princesa al punto di riconsegna.
We were disappointed with the service. We had to wait 15 minutes to get the car. Then we travelled for 10 minutes and went for petrol, which took a further 10 minutes. We were then told that we had to transfer to another car for the journey. The car was old and not in a good state. It had no seat belts, very limited leg room and the back door flew open during the journey and our cases could have fallen out. This was not what we expected especially after a long journey. We have had good experience in other areas but would not used the service again in palawan it was very poor and disappointing.

Era solo un breve tragitto dall'aeroporto al mio hotel, ma l'autista è arrivato in orario e il furgone era spazioso e pulito.
We booked a private transportation to Sheridan, and we didn’t have a good experience due to the following: 1. Our flight arrived way early than it should be (6:15 vs. 6:50) so when we arrived I immediately called the company to inform them, the person said ok the service will be on its way just wait for it. 2. 30 mins has passed and yet the service vehicle is still not on site, I asked the person on site how come it’s not yet here, and she answered me “your booked schedule is not until 7am anyway” which is correct but isn’t it a protocol for them to track/check the incoming flights since we have indicated that information on our booking form? Another point is that, even if our booking is at 7am, shouldnt they be at the site as early as 10-15mins before? 3. The van was like a can, it made all sorts of noise all through out our trip to Sabang, even if we booked a private ride, it didnt feel like it was one. My husband even nearly puked because of the poor driving skills. 4. Originally booked our return trip through Klook but cancelled it right away once we arrived at our hotel.

Il furgone era abbastanza grande per 6-8 passeggeri, l'autista può capire un inglese semplice
