Reminders and Visitor Guidelines:

  • Each ticket is limited to one admission. The ticket is valid during the exhibition period and will not be returned or exchanged after the exhibition.
  • For those holding electronic tickets or electronic serial number vouchers, please go directly to the entrance of the exhibition venue for verification without exchanging tickets; refunds will not be accepted for canceled QR codes and electronic serial numbers.
  • Please keep your tickets properly. If they are lost, damaged or expired, they will not be reissued or replaced.
  • Strollers, dangerous goods, long-handled umbrellas and pets (except guide dogs) are not allowed in the exhibition area.
  • No eating, drinking, smoking or chewing gum or betel nut
  • It is prohibited to touch, slap, play and chase exhibits in the exhibition area. If there is any damage, compensation will be made according to the price.
  • Photography, video recording and live streaming are allowed in the exhibition area, but flash, tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed.
  • The organizer does not take the initiative to provide storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue in accordance with the instructions of the staff.
  • The organizer is not responsible for personal property losses, please keep your belongings and valuables properly.
