Mi sono sentito molto bene, l'autista era gentile e puntuale. Il bambino ha avuto mal di pancia durante il viaggio e l'autista ha trovato subito un ristorante nelle vicinanze ed è stato molto felice di aiutarci. Questo è degno di lode e tutta la famiglia ci ha dato il massimo dei voti.

Anche se il numero di persone era piccolo, la guida turistica e l'autista hanno fatto del loro meglio per spiegare. Ho avuto anche la fortuna di vedere il Monte Fuji. È stato davvero conveniente andare a Hakone e al Monte Fuji lo stesso giorno. Anche se il pranzo è semplice, è comunque soddisfacente

The car model will be arranged according to the number of applicants. If the group is less than 13 people, a driver and tour guide will be assigned. No additional tour guide will be arranged. The driver and tour guide will give a brief introduction and will not get off the car to accompany the tour. Please be aware of this!
Each person can carry up to one piece of luggage for free. Please note it in the "Special Needs" when placing an order! If there is no note or the excess part, you need to pay 2,000 yen/piece! If you are not informed in advance and carry it temporarily, it will cause congestion in the car and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse guests to get on the car! And the fee is non-refundable!
The operator will send an email of travel information from 17:00 to 20:00 the day before the trip, including: pick-up time, tour guide, license plate, etc. Please check your emails, they may be in the spam folder; if you receive multiple emails, please check the latest one!
