Shrimp paste is made from pickled silver shrimp. The crushed silver shrimp will turn into a paste. After the instructor explains, the students need to stir the paste of silver shrimp, add sea salt, and put it into a rectangular mold until it is solid. . Since drying takes time, each student will receive a completed drying Tai O shrimp paste souvenir.
