La camera dell'hotel è davvero grande, anche il servizio della reception è buono, la piscina è pulita e anche il cibo del ristorante cinese è molto buono. Solo l'aria condizionata non è sufficiente e il buffet non è molto invitante.
Bella camera, bel panorama... gli altri nella media. Volevo restare e godermi l'hotel, ma il cibo e il servizio devono essere migliorati. Se vuoi venire, ti consigliamo di aggiungere un viaggio separato.
L'ambiente della lobby è piuttosto carino e suggestivo. Le camere e le strutture sono ordinate e pulite. Ci sono solo due insoddisfazioni durante il viaggio. L'orario del check-in è alle 15:00, ma sono arrivato alle 15:30 e la camera non era ancora pronta. C'è stato un ritardo di circa un'ora. Inoltre, essendo un hotel a cinque stelle di marca, l'esperienza della colazione mi ha dato una pessima sensazione. La categoria del cibo non era all'altezza delle aspettative e spesso ho visto molto poco o addirittura nessun cibo lasciato sul piatto. Il gusto era molto scarso, ma questa volta nel complesso il pacchetto ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
È la seconda volta che soggiorno allo Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel. La camera è ampia e pulita, e il bagno ha una grande vasca da bagno. La colazione è disponibile in diverse varianti e i robot possono consegnare cibo da asporto in camera. L'hotel dista solo più di dieci minuti di auto dai porti. Nel complesso, è un buon hotel.
Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale. Questo viaggio è stato per festeggiare un compleanno e l'hotel ha offerto una piccola torta, molto buona! Inoltre, è stata offerta la colazione ai bambini e dal terrazzo al 3° piano si potevano ammirare i fuochi d'artificio. Tutta la famiglia si è divertita molto!
Il servizio è ottimo, l'hotel è bellissimo e si può fare il check-out tardi, fino alle 14:00. Per il compleanno ci hanno offerto una torta! Torneremo sicuramente.
La qualità dell'alloggio in hotel è ottima, la posizione è buona, si può vedere il panorama di Macao e la Torre di Macao, la piscina è grande e la colazione è buona.
