Exemptions: The Zekkei Fireworks

• The event is subject to change or cancellation due to natural disasters, unforeseen accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances on the part of the organizer
• Even in the event of a change or cancellation due to the organizer’s circumstances, we will not compensate for any expenses related to your attendance (transportation, accommodation, etc.) for any reason. Please understand this in advance. If there is a possibility of inclement weather, a decision will be made by noon (12:00) on the day of the event and an announcement will be made on the official website. If a disaster warning is issued after 12:00 pm, the event will be canceled
• No refunds will be made in the event that you fail to comply with the following precautions and are denied admission No cancellation is allowed after ticket purchase. No refunds will be made except in the case of cancellation of the event or cancellation during the event
• Please refrain from loud vocalizations during the performance, using seats or viewing areas other than the one you have purchased, or any other behavior that may disturb other patrons
