Tuttavia, l'organizzatore dell'attività ci ha portato al Palazzo di Diocleziano per un'ora e mezza e poi ha dichiarato che per la giornata avevamo finito. Non è stata effettuata alcuna ulteriore visita guidata della Città Vecchia. L'organizzatore dell'attività ha riconosciuto che il voucher indica che si tratta di un tour di sei ore, ma ha anche affermato che non avevano effettuato un tour di 6 ore e che avevano appena iniziato a lavorare con Klook. Praticamente hanno detto che Klook ha elencato l'attività in modo errato e mi ha chiesto di contattare Klook perché non potevano fare altro.
