Vehicle Information

• 5-seater vehicle: Toyota Crown or equivalent, if child seats are not used, it can carry up to 3 passengers (including children) + 2 standard luggage
• 7-seater vehicle: Toyota Alpha or equivalent, if child seats are not used, it can carry up to 6 passengers (including children) + 2 standard luggage
• 10-seater vehicle: Toyota Hiace or equivalent, if child seats are not used, it can carry up to 9 passengers (including children) + 2 standard luggage

Luggage Details

• Standard luggage size: 36 cm x 25 cm x 53 cm, large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces. If the maximum number of people or luggage capacity is exceeded, the cost of not being able to ride will be borne by the guest.

Notes

• The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and 8 hours for starting or ending at a different location; the service time is 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions;
• If it exceeds 10 hours, you need to pay the driver an overtime fee of JPY5000 per hour for vehicles with less than 10 seats and JPY10000 per hour for vehicles with more than 14 seats;
• The departure time can be based on the needs of passengers Please note: the driver can only speak Chinese or Japanese, or use translation software to respond in English;
• Children and infants also occupy seats, and child safety seats occupy about 1.5 adult seats. The supplier can provide up to 1 child safety seat. If you need to use it, please pay for the child seat fee when booking
• The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before use), please pay attention
• Please wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance
• The pick-up and drop-off points are both in hotels or B&Bs within the 23 wards of Tokyo (for out-of-town pick-ups, the driver will be given free time or additional fees based on actual conditions)-
