Booking guidelines

  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
  • This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
  • The connection speed depends on your phone reception and the local network coverage. There is no guarantee for coverage or speed quality, and connection will be weaker in areas outside of the main cities
  • Please note: data is set to activate on your indicated departure date. Please make sure the date is correct and message supplier in case of date change

Usage reminder

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time

Confirmation

  • You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Delivery information

  • The eSim will be sent in a separate email directly by supplier. Please also check the email spam folder if you do not receive it within 4 hours
  • Please note: You will receive the activation QR code and setup instructions along with the operator's confirmation email. Please do not scan QR code in Klook voucher

Activation procedure

  • Please select the pick-up date carefully as the data package are programmed to start on that date. If you need to change the data start date, please contact the supplier
  • To set up your eSIM, simply follow the following steps: iPhone: Go to Settings > Tap Cellular/ Mobile Data > Tap Add Cellular/ Mobile Plan > Scan the below/ attached QR code or enter details manuallySamsung: Go to Settings > Connections> Select SIM card manager > Select Add mobile plan > Select Scan carrier QR code > Scan the service provider's QR code "

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
  • Refunds can be offered in case of technical issues, but you need to contact supplier when the issue occurs
  • Admin charge applies in case your device does not support eSim
