Luggage Information
- Each one is allowed to carry 2 pieces of standard baggage. The standard baggage size is 62 inches (length + width + height) and 50 lbs. Golf bags are considered as a standard baggage. Additional charges will be made for surfboards (less than 6 ft), overweight/oversized luggages, and bicycles (must fit the luggage compartment or be collapsible)
- Luggages exceeding prescribed dimensions: USD6 per piece
- Bicycles: USD35 per piece
- Overweight luggages or musical instruments: USD14 per piece
- Surfboards (less than 6 ft): USD22 per piece

- Children aged 0-4 can join this activity free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
Additional information
- Boarding and hotel check-in and check-out procedures are not included in this service
- Waiting time is only up to 30 minutes. Customers who arrived within the 15-minute window time are to be seated first. In case of delayed flights, the schedule will be adjusted according to the actual time of arrival. Other situations are dependent on the circumstances and company discretion
- There will be a USD2 / per person for the gratuity of the driver. Please pay the driver directly in cash

L'autobus per l'aeroporto è molto evidente, puoi salire sull'autobus scansionando il codice QR, è molto comodo, non è necessario trasportare bagagli grandi e piccoli, puoi salire e scendere facilmente dall'autobus e puoi andare direttamente in hotel in un punto fisso, non hai bisogno di orientarti da solo.
Non conosco il posto, ma l'auto per il ritiro e la riconsegna dell'aeroporto è molto comoda, basta scansionare il codice QR per salire sull'auto, eliminando la necessità di chiamare un'auto o trovare la strada con la guida autonoma È davvero comodo e velocizza il viaggio.
Servizio navetta efficiente e puntuale. l'autista è così gentile e consiglia molti posti lungo la strada. Altamente raccomandato!

Il personale della reception è molto gentile e puntuale, ma il tempo di guida è in ritardo perché ci sono altri passeggeri del carpool che aspettano i loro bagagli! L'autista ci ha anche spiegato e guidato al luogo del check-in dopo essere arrivato in hotel.
Il mio autista è stato davvero gentile, mi ha incontrato all'aeroporto e mi ha persino preparato acqua e opuscoli su Big Island. Consiglio vivamente!
