era una truffa. La signora allo sportello designato, come specificato nel voucher Klook, non ha riconosciuto il voucher e dopo aver scansionato il codice QR nel voucher ha detto di non aver mai visto tale voucher e ha spiegato che il nostro voucher dovrebbe avere due codici a barre. barca e un'altra per l'ingresso alla torre nubile. Klook non ha alcun servizio clienti. L'assistente virtuale che abbiamo contattato due volte sul posto sapeva a malapena nulla dell'operatore locale e non ci ha aiutato... abbiamo chiesto il ritrovamento ma fino ad oggi non è successo. è stato molto deludente dopo aver guadagnato una notevole quantità di denaro. Quindi gli amici non si fidano mai del voucher Klook prima del controllo incrociato.
