The hotel enjoys a prime location with convenient transportation, offering easy direct access to downtown Shenzhen and the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center via Metro Line 11. From Airport Gate 16, guests can take a special bus line to Shenzhen Airport Pier for high-speed ferries directly to Hong Kong, enjoying an efficient and convenient “air-sea intermodal” transportation option. The business area also extends to Macau, Huizhou, Dongguan and other surrounding cities of Shenzhen. The hotel offers comfortable and elegant rooms and suites, ranging in size from 40 square meters to 245 square meters. All rooms are equipped with soundproofing to ensure a quiet space and restful sleep. L'hotel è molto comodo in termini di trasporto. L'uscita della stazione della metropolitana dell'aeroporto conduce direttamente all'hotel. Dall'hotel puoi prendere la metropolitana per il centro commerciale Yifangcheng, l'ultimo Yifanghui e Happy Harbour. Sono tutti molto vicini e non hai paura del sole o della pioggia durante tutto il viaggio.
Questa volta ho scelto Hyatt prenotando un hotel su Klook. Ho già soggiornato all'InterContinental, Pullman, Crowne Plaza, Hilton, ecc. Si consiglia di scegliere un hotel gestito da un marchio internazionale. Almeno c'è una certa garanzia in Termini di servizio.
L'hotel è molto buono, pulito e offre un buon servizio. Vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, comodo per gli spostamenti e per il check-in rapido.
Il giorno del check-in era San Valentino e gli ospiti della cena a buffet sono stati decorati con cura sul tavolo da pranzo e hanno ricevuto rose in omaggio, inoltre c'erano cantanti dal vivo che cantavano canzoni, creando un'atmosfera fantastica. Lo chef ha anche sorpreso ogni tavolo con un gelato vulcanico. Il cameriere dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e ha chiesto di essere trasferito in una stanza al piano più alto, inoltre è stato molto gentile e disponibile, il che è stato positivo. L'hotel è collegato alla stazione della metropolitana dell'aeroporto e il trasporto è molto conveniente. La colazione è ricca ed i camerieri gentili. Adoro bere il tè caldo, quindi ho preparato appositamente una tazza di tè caldo e sono arrivato, molto soddisfatto.
L'hotel è collegato direttamente al terminal passeggeri dell'aeroporto di Baoan e la sala del check-in è raggiungibile in soli 10 minuti a piedi. Le camere dell'hotel possono anche essere rivolte verso la pista e il piazzale dell'aeroporto per godere della vista dei decolli e degli atterraggi. Le finestre in vetro sono altamente insonorizzate, quindi il sonno non è minimamente disturbato dai decolli e dagli atterraggi degli aerei. Il pacchetto di alloggio comprende cena e colazione, molto abbondanti e con una vasta gamma di stili, per soddisfare i gusti della gente del posto e degli stranieri.
Al momento della prenotazione, la piscina era aperta 24 ore su 24, ma l'hotel ha dichiarato che è aperta solo dalle 10:00 alle 22:00. L'informazione era fuorviante. Ci ha scombinato i piani. Questo hotel a cinque stelle ha ancora margini di miglioramento. Si consiglia di sostituire l'asciugacapelli.
Questa esperienza ha davvero cambiato la mia visione del marchio Hyatt. Era la prima volta che provavo una cena a buffet e una colazione così scadenti in un hotel a 4 stelle. Non frequenterò mai più un hotel Hyatt
