Dopo aver prenotato, ho ricevuto una notifica di cancellazione. Potevo ancora prenotare lo stesso giorno e alla stessa ora sul sito web senza effettuare il login, quindi è stata una cancellazione unilaterale. Non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso, anche se ho annullato un mese e mezzo fa. Che peccato!
