How can I meet my driver?
For airport pick-up, a staff in uniform will wait at the Arrival hall of your flight holding Klook sign with your name on it. After meet-up, he/she will guide you to the driver For hotel pick-up, the driver will wait at the hotel lobby holding Klook sign with your name on it
Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
PVG Airport: IF you choose Shanghai Downtown, the address is within S20-S206-S322-G1503 highway (PUTUO, XUHUI, YANGPU, PUDONG, CHANGLING, JINGAN, HONGKOU, JIADING)
Does the service allow amendent?
Yes only for amendent request by 1 day 20:00 earlier notice on date, pick-up or drop-off time, address, flight number and number of participants (subject to the booked car type)
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?

Can the driver speak English?
The driver can only speck Chinese and will try to communicate via a translator App. However, an online staff will be available to provide English service and can be contacted via Email or Wechat

- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Child seats are not provided on the transfer service
- This service is a one way transfer. Please make an additional booking if you require a round trip transfer
- Pay extra attention in choosing your pick up schedule especially for those going or coming from an overnight flight
- For hotel pick up, if your flight is at 2:00am on 5 May and you need to be picked up at your hotel at 11:00pm on 4 May, the date and time selected should be 11:00pm on 4 May
- For airport pick up, the date and time selected at checkout should be your flight arrival schedule, e.g. if your flight is at 11:00pm on 4 May and arrives in PVG/SHA at 2:00am on 5 May, the date and time you should choose should be 2:00am on 5 May

- The standard luggage size is 20in. No more than 1 luggage per person is recommended. We may suggest you change to another vehicle if you have an excessive amount of luggage

- Passengers are advised to depart from their hotel at least 3 hours before domestic flight departure or 4 hours before international flight departure

Il giorno dell'arrivo è stato inviato via e-mail un ulteriore messaggio relativo al luogo dell'incontro. Hanno cancellato il numero di telefono dell'autista. All'uscita siamo stati accolti da un autista con un cartello e portati in hotel. Non c'era bisogno di cercare un taxi di notte.

I dettagli dell'autista sono stati forniti via e-mail un giorno prima del ritiro previsto dall'aeroporto internazionale di Shanghai Pudong. Il giorno dell'arrivo, l'autista mi ha chiamato per confermare che ero arrivato e il luogo dove potevo aspettarlo. È stato molto utile con i bagagli ed è stato un viaggio sicuro e tranquillo. L'autista è stato molto gentile e cordiale durante tutto il viaggio. È riuscito a portarmi in hotel prima dell'orario di arrivo previsto. Fortemente raccomandato.
Tutto bene. L'autista mi ha aspettato agli arrivi dell'aeroporto con un biglietto con il mio nome quindi è stato veloce trovarlo. Mi ha aiutato con le valigie e guida molto bene.

Personale pulito, conveniente e molto disponibile! Il nostro autista è stato molto gentile e ci ha persino mandato a piedi fuori dal nostro hotel perché si trova sulla strada pedonale e nessuna macchina poteva entrare. Altamente raccomandato. prenotato un trasferimento dall'aeroporto per venirci a prendere dall'hotel e portarci all'aeroporto PVG per il nostro volo mattutino. Il ritiro in hotel è stato molto puntuale e il viaggio è stato tranquillo, ci sono voluti meno di 45 minuti per arrivare all'aeroporto. Lo consiglio vivamente!
Il nostro volo era in ritardo e la nostra famiglia è arrivata c. 60 minuti dopo l'orario di ritiro originale, ma con nostra grande gioia, i membri dello staff stavano aspettando al gate di arrivo con i nostri dettagli. Processo facile da individuare e conveniente a un prezzo decente. Lo consiglierei sicuramente e prenoterei nuovamente. non abbiamo scattato una foto del veicolo reale ma abbiamo pubblicato un'immagine del modello che abbiamo ordinato (monovolume).
Il klook book bus dall'aeroporto all'hotel in città è molto buono. Vi comunicherò l'orario e il nome sulla targhetta via email il giorno prima. Sono rassicurato. La macchina è molto pulita, l'autista è molto gentile e l'auto è sicura e stabile.
Altamente consigliato per famiglie numerose. L'autista ha contattato l'autista via e-mail un giorno e tutto è andato liscio. L'autista è puntuale, l'auto è pulita e confortevole.
