The room was nice and the bed was comfy. It was a smaller room but that’s what you’d expect in Venice. The location was amazing. There’s a restaurant and bar/cafe right outside and both were fantastic. For the restaurant- get the seafood spaghetti if you really want to taste Venice. The staff were great and very welcoming. One tip - bring Euro in cash to pay the city tax. Overall a great stay and we loved our time in Venice!

Giovanni responded to messages before I got there and gave us a warm greeting upon our arrival. We had the top room which was tough with the luggage, but a very lovely space. Great location, short walk to Rialto bridge and S. Marco Square. Great food and shopping close by, less touristy than near the train station. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable beds, and clean room with good water pressure in the shower. Extremely welcoming and courteous staff—Giovanni was at the property every day to answer our questions and was genuinely friendly and helpful. The only slight downside for our stay was a very noisy family with a baby in the room above ours—the sound really travels in this building, just like most older buildings in Venice—however this wasn’t a big issue for us and was not the fault of the hotel. But if you are easily bothered by noise I would suggest booking the top floor.

Amazing little hotel. Very cute room and comfortable bed. Perfect location away from the tourist crowds but close enough to all the good attractions. Felt hidden and tucked away. Friendly staff, but it was easy to do self check-in.

Clean, nice staff, good location, and proximity to Vaporetto to and from Santa Lucia train station. Not sure if we missed it, but make sure to recommend guests to exit the vaporetto at S Silvestro. It is very close to the hotel and easily accessible.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable, quiet and clean. It was the perfect option for an escape to Venice. The service was amazing. The location was perfect to explore different parts of Venice, close to shops and loads of restaurants (big & small). I totally recommend it.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The safe had a preset sequence that wasn’t easily changed so basically useless to protect your property. Nice location and easy to get to the water transport.

Excellent stay. Host was very friendly. If coming from airport I recommend taking water bus right from airport as it is a long walk from bus station with many stairs.
