The front desk receptionist was missing when we were trying to check-in. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to help me. The room was cleaned, but not well. The pillows and blankets had stains all over them. We didn’t get housekeeping at all the entire stay. The breakfast was nothing but the small packages of the mini muffins. The door to our room would barely shut or open. I had to kick it to open it and slam it to close it. I paid a $30 deposit on top of the cost of the room. It’s been 3 days and I’m still waiting to be refunded. I try to call the front desk in regards, but it only rings and rings then I get a busy tone. I would NEVER stay here again! I got a room at a best western 3 star hotel for the same price. Definitely not worth the money!

Check in was seamless. Getting to the room, the smoke detector was defective and the staff told me to take the unit off the wall. My hotel keys stopped working randomly during our stay. Right before I walked out, I saw a roach crawling on the desk. Overall, I won’t return.

I was terrified staying here

No light bulbs in the lamps the employees said “ that’s normal “ Had to change my room 3 or 4 times nothing was working One room the refrigerator didn’t work no light as well as the bathroom skin half way off Staff is rude want you to put down a 50 dollar deposit “ just in case some break “ but in everyone room 5 things or broken or do not work

The staff had me take out my trash and dirty towels. There was no breakfast. Terrible experience.

Not what it looks like in the picture it smell of pee and the rooms are disguising and has spiders and roaches in every room very ghetto

Due to rooms being under various levels of construction, we had to change rooms twice. Finally just stayed ONE night and left during an ice storm. I will NEVER stay at a Super 8 again. That had to be the worst excuse for a hotel I've ever seen. Bottle caps all over the floor. Unfinished bathroom door with no door knob or paint...just wood. No shower curtain. Screws laying around. Cleaning bottles still in the room. This was the third and "best" room they offered up.

Smelled like cigarettes, don’t know if the sheets were cleaned, housekeeping came in and simply folded our towels and didn’t replace them. Key card didn’t work half the time.
