Only problem room just too small if you were a large person you would not fit in the bathroom but overall clean and central position

Great hotel, centrally located. The service at reception when we arrived was excellent. Important to book a car parking space if you need one as there are only 17 spaces available. Would certainly use again.

The hotel is immediately in the centre of Poitiers which is the only redeeming feature. It is way in need of modernisation as is very shabby and old. We were offered free breakfast which I have never had in ibis only Ibis styles. Maybe this is to make up for the state of the hotel. Parking is available across the road at the centreville car park which is excellent and very reasonable.

It was cool outside but the room was hot, the air conditioning did not work, only hot air. There was not good enough air flow to cool the room by opening the window.
We could not get the TV to work either.
Such a beautiful town, a supposedly pretty good hotel in the middle of town for a disappointing night of sleep.

When you promise wifi you need to deliver. Front desk young woman insisted it was my fault I couldn’t connect. She wasn’t interested in hearing why that made no sense. Three days later at checkout I learned they had eventually recognized they had a problem, but the techs who promised to fix it failed to show up day after day.
