We were happy that the host is accommodating in allowing us to check in early 11am so we can leave our luggages. She said the room is vacant and ready. But to our surprise, it is not clean and the trash, dirty dishes, left over moldy food on the table seemed to be there for weeks already. No electricity, so lights and aircon not working. She wants us to wait to get it cleaned. But 2 hrs before 3 pm check in, no one is cleaning. We don’t want to stay in this same room for who knows what germs are lurking here this long. I had to repeatedly demand different room or refund. We were finally given a different room at 2 pm and had to wait at 2:30 at the earliest to check in. We had been waiting in the lobby all that time. The replacement room is way better than what was originally given to us and closer to the mall. Thank you host for fixing this problem. Also, there are 7 buildings and the booking confirmation didn’t mention the name of the building. I had to show the phone number on the confirmation so the receptionist can ask the host which building and room number. It will be good if the confirmation can show the building name at the least so you know where to go.

Cukup Baik We arrived late to check in, but unfortunately we did not receive any email regarding our assigned room. As a result, we experienced delays getting into our room.
Additionally, we currently need to request assistance from the security guard every time we need to use the elevator, which has been inconvenient.

Don't book here unless you want to be horriblly disappointed. Old, dirty, unmaintained, Luke warm water at best, unable to have a shower. Bed is very old, low quality + very uncomfortable.
From the moment you arrive the chaos starts. Trying to find what building you are staying in requires endless text messaging to the owner that won't meet you on site. Then got told our room got "double booked" and our two night booking required swapping between different buildings. Asked in liew of THEIR stuff up if could we check in 1.5hrs early? Yes, but pay another 500p!!! What a joke! So just sat in the lobby & waited. No lift access card provided so had to explain the nightmare to the security guard everytime we wanted to come & go from the building. The constant noise from low flying aircraft is just a bonus!

Cukup Baik ❌️Do not book this place. Buyer beware!!! Bed bugs and roaches. Smelled very bad, musty and mildew. Could not contact owner as she never got back to any of my emails about pre-check in.

The Condominuim is run down & more likely good for travel students, but the building itself is well maintain.

I was very surprised as the unit isn't like the picture. but it was very comfortable and YES...I will go back...soon...very soon. it was quiet and peaceful and the bed was very comfortable.
