Great hotel, friendly staff, food and drinks of plenty within the hotel. Pool is awesome

Could not get into my room until after 5pm as it was not ready. Discovered wine stains on bed sheets and it appeared the bed sheets had not been changed. Contacted the manager to show stains and have the bed sheets fully changed. Water was only warm for showering and washing. Had tocontact reception to have housekeeping clean the room as it was not done by late afternoon.

We chose this hotel as the relaxation part of our trip, and overall it didn't disappoint. The resort itself was lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that let it down was our arrival. We were initially told that our two rooms would not be together, which wasn't acceptable as we had booked them back in December. After a lengthy discussion, the staff were able to find us two rooms in the same block, which we appreciated. We also experienced an issue with our room keys. When we returned to our room, we couldn't get in. The gentleman on reception wasn't particularly helpful and advised that the manager was on the phone and would be at least 30 minutes. We weren't offered any refreshments or an alternative while we waited, which was disappointing. After waiting around 30 minutes, I returned to reception to ask again, and the manager came over and replaced the battery in the door lock, resolving the issue. Considering this was the most expensive accommodation of our trip, we expected a smoother arrival experience and a higher level of customer service from reception. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and felt the hotel was a great place to relax.

Nice and central, good for quick stay going to airport, was very popular given it was school holidays, amenities for the kids in the ppol area looked great and lots of kids enjoying it long into the evening. Breakfast range was very good and similar to International hotels with ranges for different cultures and specialist diets.

Worst place to stay. Room wasn't ready. Had to wait an hour. Get to room, it isn't the room I paid for. Hair throughout the bathroom (and i mean everywhere). Coffee satchets are the cheapest you can buy. Welcome sign on the floor. No bin liners. Shower water smelled like sewerage and there was minimal pressure so having a shower was not enjoyable at all. Not even 1 star.

We really enjoyed our stay here, plenty of space and a nice breakfast included. Only thing we thought that would be nice was if the pool had been heated...it was a little too cold to enjoy in winter!

Really nice hotel for a family getaway. Big pool and friendly and helpful staff. Great location with everything you need within walking distance

Room smelled musty/damp. My son and I got insect bites. Aircon was not cool - asked for a fan. Room phone not working.
