Lovely room with loads of space and a massive bathroom, the only downside is there are a lot of steps to go up to the room (there is a little lift for luggage) location is perfect for sightseeing and really easy to get to and find

Luar Biasa The property is clean, staff is friendly, location is next to water bus docking station. Need to claim up to the room, not a good idea for guest who has knees problems.

Staff are exceptional, breakfast is truly continental, views of the canal are excellent, location is 5mins walk to San Marco square. It would be even better if there was a lift but after all the pizza and pasta, the stairs are good exercise! The staff help with the luggage upon arrival and departure. Once the dock is functional in February, that will be another bonus, otherwise it's a 5min walk (a little more with luggage) to the nearest dock.

Fabulous location overlooking the Grand Canal which was mesmerizing and changing every minute from sunrise to breathtaking sunset and sparkling nighttime.
Top floor with a view at this price point comes with the price of 3+ flights of stairs.
Nice breakfast with fruits, pastries, and protein.
Staff was excellent and informative.
Front door was 50-yards from the Grand Canal Santa Maria del Giglio stop and 15-minutes from St. Mark’s

Breakfast was delicious and the staff did anything they could to make our stay outstanding. We had a room on the canal and enjoyed watching the activity at night and in the early morning with coffee. Thank you for a lovely stay.
