The reception staff had clear communication and checked into the room when available. They stored the luggage as I arrived early and when checking out. Room is very well furnished and mordern setup with lightning, decorations and fully equipped kitchen and large windows. The room orientation is vertical and the bed is accessible by climbing a set of stairs. The location is good next to port to take the ferry to Tallinn and there is tram running every 10 mins to take to downtown and other places. There are groceery stores 5 min walking distance if anything is needed

This was a terrific apartment Hotel. The staff was great and the rooms were clean, fresh and fantastic. The beds were a bit hard, but nice by this point in the trip. The only issue was the mobile room keys which didn't end up working for any of the members of the group.

Great hotel in a decent location - great value for money. I loved the studio concept. Bed was a little hard (that’s more of a me problem) and the aircon was stuck at 20c and it couldn’t go lower so it was quite warm in the room but other than that it was great.

Excellent and super modern stay! The building is in superb condition, all amenities you would like- 24/7 gym and a sauna available. I think a great value for price. Many train connections between 4-11 minutes away that can connect you to the main attractions. Friendly staff. Great views from the terrace. I would absolutely stay again.

Sangat Baik The room and hotel are very nice. However, when I arrived, there was a lady before me checking in. The receptionist seemed stressed and not very friendly. After a while it was my turn to check in. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming and during my check in, the lady who had checked in before me returned to say there was a man in their room. The receptionist didn't believe her at first and the overall service wasn't very customer friendly. When I checked out I had to call the receptionist by phone because she was away from the reception desk. The curly haired lady at reception was a bit nicer than the previous receptionist.

Highly recommend staying here. Super clean, room had all the essentials.
Tram to city a 2 min walk. Ferry harbor is a 5 min tram ride. Up and coming area. And do not forget to grab a craft beer at Barley & Bait!

This was a surprisingly pleasant place to stay. It was all very clean and new. The staff was very friendly. It was affordable and although it is not super close to downtown, with a 40 minute walk, you can be there and see all the sites.
